This company provide a range of products to customers within a number of sectors including defence.
Description
*Provide specialist legal advice, guidance and expertise on commercial contractual matters particularly to the defence sector
*This could include sales contracts, IP licensing agreements, procurement agreements, collaboration agreements, consulting agreements, master service agreements, mutual indemnity agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc
*Analyse contractual terms and conditions
*Provide advise and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
*Liaise with external counsel as required
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Defence Lawyer position will need to have the following skills and experience:
*Experience of dealing with defence related contracts- DFARS etc
*Experience of drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and agreements
*Be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders
*Be able to assess and advise on possible risks
