Full job descriptionRECEPTIONIST - PART-TIME HOURS - ASAP START DATE - ONSITE - WOKINGHAM
Robert Half are assisting a long-standing client in their search for a temporary Receptionist for 4 months (potential for extension), offering part-time hours and up to £12.75 per hour!
Key details:
*Job Title: Receptionist
*Pay rate: £12.50 - £12.75/hr + holiday pay
*Location: Wokingham
*Hours: 25.5 hours per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
Responsibilities:
*Greet and direct visitors.
*Provide information and answer the telephone or console switchboard.
*Receive and send packages via couriers.
*Maintain visitor log and/or call record, provide security passes/badges, typing, filing or other simple clerical functions.
*Maintain boardroom schedule and equipment.
*Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
Requirements:
*Good Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
*Ability to keep information organised and confidential.
*Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
