Job Overview
????????Elite Search Associates Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Electrical Contractor currently delivering electrical installation works at HM Prison Ranby in Retford.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Electricians seeking long-term commercial work on a secure site project, offering consistent hours, paid breaks, and weekly CIS/LTD payments.
Due to the nature of the project, all applicants must hold valid EL1 Prison Clearance before starting.
Job Details
*Location: HM Prison Ranby, Retford
*Position: Electrician
*Start Date: Immediate Start Available
*Hours: 44 Hours Paid Per Week
*Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
*Payment Method: Weekly CIS/LTD Payments
*Overtime: Potential overtime available
*Parking: Free onsite parking
*Breaks: Paid breaks included
Duties & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in a range of commercial electrical installation works within a live prison environment, including:
*Containment installation
*Wiring and cable pulling
*1st and 2nd fix electrical work
*Installation of lighting and power systems
*Working alongside site management and other trades
*Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
*Adhering to prison security procedures and regulations
Experience working on commercial, industrial, government, MOD, or prison projects would be advantageous.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
*Valid JIB Gold Card (Essential)
*EL1 Prison Clearance (Essential)
*Previous commercial electrical experience
*Own tools and PPE
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Reliable and professional attitude
*Immediate availability preferred
About the Site
This project is being carried out within a live prison environment. All operatives will be expected to comply with strict security procedures and maintain professional conduct on site at all times.
