This role will suit an individual who is passionate about building relationships and has a proven track record of securing new business for a company.


Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous experience within sales or account management
*A proactive nature and a proven successful sales track record
*Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
*Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary
*Professional, proactive, and client-focused
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Previous experience within property sales would be beneficial but is not essential


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts
*Regular liaison with clients, ensuring they are fully updated on ongoing cases
*Managing client meetings both online and in person
*Developing and growing business opportunities within allocated accounts
*Making recommendations and tailoring solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for each case
*Overseeing client pipelines across sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations
*Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional company services
*Managing and supporting the team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery
*Developing strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
*Ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and value of the company’s services
