Full job descriptionFinancial ControllerAre you an experienced finance professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a growing organisation where you will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision making across the business.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad and highly visible role, offering the opportunity to lead a high-performing finance team while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities*Oversee month-end reporting and management accounts
*Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
*Deliver financial analysis and variance reporting
*Manage statutory audit and UK GAAP compliance
*Drive financial controls and process improvements
*Support capital expenditure appraisal and performance monitoring
*Business partner across the organisation to drive profitability and efficiency
*Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
About You*Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
*Previous finance team management experience is essential
*Experience within a manufacturing environment
*Standard costing and variance analysis experience
*Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
