Full job description3 Point Recruitment are looking for a HR Assistant to join our clients very personable, reputable & ever growing business based in Walsall!
Suitable candidates will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, able to handle confidential information correctly & have a willingness to learn.

Duties Will Include
*Manage holiday records, calculations and reporting
*Record and monitor absences, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
*Maintain accurate personnel files across HR systems and databases
*Support onboarding: offers, contracts, checks, inductions and probation
*Coordinate offboarding, exit interviews and system updates
*Produce payroll adjustment reports and liaise with finance
*Support recruitment admin including adverts, CV tracking and interview coordination
*Arrange training, maintain training records and manage course bookings
*Provide first-line HR support and escalate complex queries appropriately
