Full job descriptionTeaching Assistant is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic EYFS-trained Teaching Assistants on behalf of our clients across a range of nursery and school settings. We are looking for reliable, caring, and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting children in their early years development.

Key Responsibilities:
*Support teachers and nursery staff in delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework
*Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
*Assist children with learning, play, and developmental activities
*Support children’s social, emotional, and educational progress
*Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and setting policies at all times
Minimum Requirements (Essential):
*Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent
*Recent Paediatric First Aid certification/training
*Recent experience working within an EYFS setting
*Good understanding of the EYFS framework
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach
Desirable:
*Level 3 qualification or above
*Experience supporting children with additional needs
*Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
