We’re working with a growing, multi-site organisation in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Analyst on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insight and wants to play a visible role in driving business performance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping to shape decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
*Analyse business performance against budget and forecast
*Deliver insight into revenue trends, margin performance, and operational efficiency
*Support pricing and commercial initiatives, assessing effectiveness and opportunity
*Monitor transactional data to ensure profitability targets and controls are met
*Identify risks and opportunities through proactive, data-driven analysis
*Partner with operational and commercial teams to optimise performance across multiple areas
*Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation tools
About You
*Experience in a finance, commercial analysis, FP&A, or data-focused role
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
*Advanced Excel skills (BI tools beneficial)
*Confident communicator with experience working with non-finance stakeholders
*Commercially aware with a proactive and inquisitive mindset
*Degree qualified or equivalent experience (2+ years in a similar role)
