You will be responsible for:
*Developing and implementing strategic brand plans to meet business objectives.
*Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
*Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment.
*Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
*Managing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
*Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners.
*Monitoring brand performance through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
*Ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and communications.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
*Previous experience in the FMCG beauty industry, with Luxury experience being desirable
*Trade/Shopper marketing experience
*A strong understanding of market analysis and consumer behaviour.
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
