We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy team. This is a physically demanding role involving the collection of household waste and recycling in all weather conditions. You’ll be working as part of a friendly, hard-working crew to ensure the smooth running of daily collection routes.
Key Responsibilities Waste Management Loader *Loading waste and recycling bins onto collection vehicles
*Working efficiently as part of a team
*Walking long distances and handling repetitive lifting
*Ensuring safe working practices at all times
*Supporting drivers with route completion
Requirements Waste Management Loader *Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
*Ability to work in all weather conditions
*Reliable with excellent timekeeping
*A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
*Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
