Full job description*Data Pipeline and Integration design, build and maintenance
*Data Modelling & Warehousing in a medallion lakehouse model
*Engineer data flows in line with GDPR and governance framework
Data Engineer Permanent role based in Central London.
Hybrid role with 3-4 days in the office and the rest remote. Must be commutable to the Covent Garden area of London.
Salary up to £55,000 + Benefits

As a key member of a talented team, you’ll leverage your exceptional data engineering skills to build and maintain robust data pipelines, seamlessly integrating a diverse suite of SaaS platforms, including NetSuite, Screendragon, SugarCRM, and more.

*Elevate the Customer Experience: Ensure reliable data flow between core systems, empowering teams to deliver exceptional service and insights to valued clients.
Preferred Requirements: *Proven expertise in building and operating production-ready data pipelines, with a strong background in SQL, Python, and PySpark/Spark.
*Proficiency in building REST API integrations, with a solid understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT patterns, and modern data warehousing concepts.
*Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or equivalent lakehouse platform), Power BI Direct Lake semantic models, and Azure services (Key Vault, Blob Storage, Entra ID).
*Demonstrated ability to apply data security, privacy (including GDPR), and governance principles in your engineering work.
*Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to root-cause analysis, with the ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
