12-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
OverviewWe’re hiring a Technical Shopfloor Engineer to support production operations within a leading manufacturing environment. This role focuses on resolving technical issues on the shopfloor, supporting production teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities*Support production teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues beyond operator level
*Provide a shopfloor engineering perspective to improve efficiency and performance
*Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
*Identify and support the resolution of non-conformance issues
Requirements*Strong experience in manufacturing or lineside engineering
*Knowledge of regulated production environments
*Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
*Proactive and able to work independently
Working PatternDouble day shifts (20% uplift):
*06:00 - 13:10 / 13:30 - 20:40 (alternating weekly)
