Package:
*£45,000 – £55,000 DOE
*£6,000 car allowance or company car
*Fuel card / mileage expenses

The Company
A leading UK property business with a large multi-site portfolio across commercial and mixed-use environments is continuing to invest in the growth of its internal Health, Safety & Fire function, building stronger in-house capability across the UK.

The Role
Reporting into the Group Head of Health & Safety, you will support a portfolio of sites across the South region, working closely with Facilities and Centre Management teams to provide practical Health, Safety & Fire guidance.

Key Responsibilities
*Undertake Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments
*Review external assessments and provide recommendations
*Support site teams with day-to-day H&S and Fire guidance
*Deliver pragmatic and commercially focused solutions
*Support auditing and continuous improvement initiatives
*Build strong relationships across regional sites

About You
*Experience within Health & Safety and Fire Safety roles
*Comfortable managing a regional multi-site portfolio
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions focused
*Experience undertaking and reviewing Fire Risk Assessments and Health & Safety audits
*Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislation
*Proven experience within FM, property or built environment environments
*Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively
*Full UK driving licence

Qualifications & Experience
*NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, with evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
*NEBOSH or NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety desirable
*NEBOSH Fire Safety / Fire Risk Management or Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment qualification desirable
*IOSH membership preferred (CertIOSH minimum or working towards CMIOSH)
