Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support their busy office operations. This role offers exposure across administration and contract coordination and more.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling incoming calls, enquiries, and client requests
*Managing post, document scanning, and client portals
*Maintaining spreadsheets and accurate data entry
*Producing and issuing results certificates
*Assisting with contract renewals, quotes, and setup/cancellation
*Supporting logbooks, risk assessments, and general admin tasks
*Providing basic internal IT support where required
About You
*Previous office/administration experience
*Strong communication and telephone skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
