THE JOB
The company is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Manager to support the smooth running of the business across office operations, team coordination and HR administration.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in keeping workflows on track, supporting the wider team and improving day-to-day processes.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing day-to-day office operations.
*Supporting onboarding, HR admin, holiday tracking and timesheets.
*Coordinating workflows and team priorities.
*Organising meetings, travel and team logistics.
*Supporting operational improvements and internal projects.


YOU
You’ll be highly organised, people-focused and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll likely bring:
*3+ years’ experience in operations, office management or business support roles.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Experience supporting HR and team operations.
*Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
*A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
