Full job descriptionAdministrator
Pertemps are currently looking for a temporary administrator to join an established business in Andover with an immediate start and likely to be running for a month.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
*Logging new calls
*Updating figures of daily call review processes
*Assisting with arranging parts for customers
*Scheduling maintenance visits for engineers
*Administrative duties for workshop repairs
*Updating customers
Requirements:
*Available immediately
*Excellent customer service and administrative experience
*Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Administrator Role:
*Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm
*£13.55 per hour
*Temporary role
