Full job descriptionOur client is looking for a motivated and organised Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join their busy and friendly recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to gain valuable experience within recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
*Posting adverts across job boards and recruitment platforms
*Speaking with candidates via phone, email, and video calls
*Booking interviews and managing candidate availability
*Maintaining and updating the recruitment database and CRM system
*Writing candidate profiles and supporting recruitment administration
*Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
*Supporting consultants with recruitment campaigns and daily operations
*Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Experience and Skills Requirements
*Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience would be advantageous
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident telephone manner and professional approach
*Organised with excellent attention to detail
*Competent IT skills and ability to use recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
*Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
*Positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
*Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and develop
