The OpportunityA well-established wealth management practice based in Canary Wharf is seeking a Paraplanner to join its growing support team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within financial planning or wealth management who is looking to continue developing their technical knowledge and career within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team supporting a large adviser network and will play an important role in the end-to-end client advice process.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting Financial Advisers with day-to-day paraplanning and administrative duties
*Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and provider correspondence
*Preparing and submitting new business applications
*Writing and preparing suitability documentation and supporting client reports
*Maintaining accurate client records and updating CRM systems
*Liaising with providers and third parties to progress client cases
*Providing ongoing support across pensions, investments and wealth management cases
Requirements*Previous experience within a Paraplanning, Power Planning or Financial Planning support role
*Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience using CRM/back-office systems such as Salesforce advantageous
*Previous exposure to wealth management, investments or ISA-based business beneficial
*Experience within an SJP environment helpful but not essential
