The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents while helping to create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment within the home.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
• Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with residents and families
• Assisting residents with mobility and mealtimes
• Supporting activities and social engagement
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Working closely with the wider care team to deliver person-centred care
About You
• Previous experience within a care home or healthcare setting is desirable
• Experience supporting elderly residents and/or dementia care is beneficial
• A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
