EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
*Provide dedicated executive support to senior individuals and teams
*Manage complex and fast-changing calendars across multiple time zones
*Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
*Process and reconcile expense reports in line with internal policies
*Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and offsites
*Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow
*Work independently and collaboratively across a wider support team
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
*Minimum 4 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative, or business support role within a fast-paced environment
*Strong ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively
*Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and discretion
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a demanding environment
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
*Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Experience coordinating international and domestic travel
*Familiarity with expense management systems and general administrative tools
