Description
*Acting as a go-to technical resource, supporting lawyers with queries across a range of Banking matters
*Working across areas including corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance, infrastructure, project and asset finance, and restructuring scenarios
*Developing and maintaining precedents, guidance notes and other know-how materials
*Supporting the design and delivery of internal training programmes
*Monitoring legal and market developments and translating these into practical insights
*Collaborating with partners and the wider team to enhance knowledge tools, processes and efficiency
Profile
*Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with Banking & Finance experience
*Strong technical grounding across a broad range of finance work
*Experience (or interest) in knowledge/PSL work, including drafting and training
*Confident communicator, able to engage with partners and senior stakeholders
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
*Collaborative, proactive and interested in innovation and improving ways of working
