Job Description:
Full job descriptionRobert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a part-time Accounts Assistant to join an exciting Professional Services company with a fantastic reputation in their market based in central Bristol.
This role will be part-time with circa 20-25 hours per week that can be spread across 3-4 days
Salary on the position is £32,000-£36,000 (FTE) plus wider benefits package
Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
*Enter supplier invoices into Sage
*Match invoices to Po’s
*Maintain purchase ledger
*Prepare payment runs for approval
*Post sales invoices
*Allocate customer receipts
*Assist with basic debtor follow-up
*Post bank transactions
*Perform bank reconciliations
*Post credit card transactions
*Support month-end with routine tasks
Person specification:
*3+ years varied transactional finance experience
*Good Excel skills
*Strong communicator across all levels
*Ability to self manage
This role will be part-time with circa 20-25 hours per week that can be spread across 3-4 days
