About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading estate agency business operating in the Bournemouth & Poole areas. Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to work alongside a highly successful sales team. This is a pivotal support role reporting directly to the Director and assisting the wider team with a broad range of administrative and marketing activities. This position offers excellent exposure to the property industry, providing the opportunity to expand your knowledge, build your skillset, and work with a variety of clients while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Your varied and fast-paced role will include:
*Managing social media platforms and supporting marketing activity
*Coordinating email database marketing campaigns
*Assisting with property advertising across local channels
*Drafting proposals, letters, and client communications
*Creating property reports and listing presentation materials
*Supporting agent diary management and scheduling
*Editing and enhancing property images
*Preparing and sending follow-up and thank-you correspondence
*Preparing exchange and offer documentation for solicitors
*Ensuring listing compliance and completion of checklists
*Proofreading marketing materials and campaigns
*General administration, filing, and database management
*Liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers throughout the sales process

*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Highly organised with strong administrative ability
*A proactive, team-oriented attitude
*Willingness to support across various office functions
*We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and customer-focused. As the first point of contact both in the office and over the phone, you will present a professional image at all times.
Desirable:
*Previous experience in an estate agency or similar administrative role in sales or lettings
Working Hours
*Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
*One in three Saturdays: 9:00am – 3:30pm
