Full job descriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, who thrives on their customer service skills, and helping with customer queries over the telephone and Email, whilst managing administration, and working as part of a team.
*We are looking for someone with a confident & professional telephone manner
*Strong IT skills - Word - Excel and PowerPoint
*Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
*A proactive mind, able to priortise workload and work with strong attention to detail
*Organised with excellent administration skills
*Happy to liaise with management and external companies
