The ideal candidate, who will report to our Campaign Manager, will be someone ready for the next step in their career and has demonstrated passion and has experience in channels like email, social, paid ads and partnerships (and ideally has deeper skills in 2 – 3 different channels).

• Undertake copywriting for the website, emails, and social media – ensuring the delivery of the brand standards by accurately interpreting the brand tone of voice, brand personality, USP’s, positioning and messaging and ensuring it is tailored towards individual customer segments.

• Work with sponsors, exhibitors and speakers and partners to promote the events with their networks to drive attendee acquisition

• Ensuring that all campaign plans and deliverables are heavily influenced by customer data, research and feedback.

• Continued learning (and more importantly, implementing that learning) about the industry and marketing through attending events, reading, listening to podcasts and webinars.
...

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

• Excellent direct response copywriter and copy editor

• Experience creating and delivering campaigns across multiple marketing channels.

• Good project management skills – organized, proactive and able to multi-task.

• Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and optimisation tactics.

• Excellent communicator – great verbal and written communications skills that can translate campaign strategies in a simple way to a range of stakeholders and team members.

• Obsessed with feedback – we love to continuously learn and develop and being able to deliver and receive feedback is a critical skill in our team.

• Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills - driven to understand "why" and takes the initiative to identify trends and gaps.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize relevant tasks

• Experience with marketing technology including email marketing automation, CRM, social media management website analytics, chatbots and more.

• Ability to work with data sets, interpret trends and provide analysis and recommendations based on data that support our goals.
