We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy company in Letchworth Garden City on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role with varied day-to-day duties, so we need someone who can hit the ground running from day one and work autonomously at times.
Key responsibilities include:
*Purchase and sales ledger
*Bank reconciliations
*Processing invoices and payments
*Credit control support
*General accounts administration
*Assisting the finance team with ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar accounts role
*Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Essential: experience using Sage 200
