Job Description:
Full job description We are looking for a Programme Manager to support Key Account customers across the UK, ensuring the effective delivery of service and installation programmes. You’ll work closely with customers, sales, and operational teams to meet KPIs, SLAs, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What you’ll do:
• Manage and deliver service and installation programmes across multiple sites
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Produce reports and performance updates
• Resolve service and installation issues and drive improvements
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and operational activity
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards
What we’re looking for:
Must-Have:
• Experience in a customer-facing or programme coordination role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in Fire & Security systems
• Programme/Project Management qualification
• Knowledge of service delivery or operational environments
