Our Trading Hours:
*Wednesday: 08:30 – 18:00
*Thursday: 08:30 – 18:00
*Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
*Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
*Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00
*Monday: 08:30 – 18:00
*Tuesday: 08:30 – 18:00


What You’ll Do:
*Lead from the Front: Manage daily trade counter operations and inspire your team to deliver great service.
*Master Customer Service: Support both our regular trade clients (B2B) and household retail customers (B2C) face-to-face and over the phone.
*Drive Sales: Understand customer needs, offer expert product advice, and build long-lasting relationships across both markets.
*Maintain Standards: Ensure smooth running of the counter, stock management, and audit compliance.


What You’ll Need:
*Strong customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or fast-paced customer service backgrounds are highly welcome!).
*Experience or confidence dealing with both trade (B2B) and household (B2C) customers.
*Excellent phone manner and an ability to handle queries quickly.
*Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience useful but not essential.
