Full Time – 42.5 Hours Per Week
We are currently looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Hotel & Spa Receptionist to join our team in Grays, RM16. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, hospitality, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work across Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift pattern. Car driver essential.
Shift Patterns
*Early Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm
*Mid Shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Late Shift: 11:30am – 8:30pm
Salary & Benefits
*£28,288 annual salary
*42.5-hour working week
*1.5 weekends off per month

Key Responsibilities
*Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
*Managing hotel and spa reservations
*Checking guests in and out efficiently
*Handling telephone and email enquiries
*Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
*Assisting guests with hotel and spa information
*Ensuring reception areas remain professional and organised
Requirements
*Previous receptionist, hotel, spa, or customer service experience preferred
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional appearance and positive attitude
*Good organisational and multitasking abilities
*Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
*Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
