We are seeking a commercially focused and detail-oriented Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing hospitality business based in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities*Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
*Monitor and report on key business KPIs and operational performance metrics
*Support senior management with commercial and financial insights
*Analyse revenue, labour, and cost trends across hospitality operations
*Assist with cash flow management and financial planning
*Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting standards
*Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency
*Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
Requirements*Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
*Previous experience within the hospitality, leisure, or retail sector preferred
*Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
*Proven ability to develop and analyse KPIs
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
*Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
*Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
