Full job descriptionOliver James are partnered with a UK Insurance firm in the search for a Compliance Manager.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the regulatory compliance framework across regulated entities and appointed representatives, ensuring adherence to FCA requirements within the general insurance sector. The role includes oversight of compliance monitoring programmes, stakeholder engagement, regulatory reporting, and supporting senior leadership on governance and risk matters.
Applicants should have strong experience within insurance compliance, a solid understanding of FCA regulations including Consumer Duty, and previous leadership or management experience. Knowledge of MGA and broker models, appointed representative oversight, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
