Talent Chief is supporting a growing specialist recruitment business looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to their Bristol office.
This is not a turnaround project, and it’s not a "build your own desk from scratch" opportunity.
This business has already built strong foundations across multiple technical markets internationally and is now investing in growth. They’re looking for someone who wants genuine earning potential, proper progression and the chance to become part of the next phase of the company.

The role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own market with the autonomy to develop accounts, grow revenue and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities include:
*Full 360 recruitment lifecycle
*Business development and client acquisition
*Managing existing client relationships
*Candidate sourcing and talent attraction
*Negotiation of fees and commercial terms
*Market mapping and strategic account development
*Building a specialist vertical
*Delivering permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions

What we’re looking for:
*Minimum 18 months–5+ years recruitment experience
*Background in 360 recruitment
*Contract or permanent recruitment is considered
*Proven billing track record
*Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
*Ambitious and motivated by progression and earnings
*Someone who wants influence and autonomy
