Full job description SITE MANAGER REQUIRED
Start Date: Monday 8th June
Duration: 8-9 weeks
Location: Brighton
We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a former gym space being converted into new Prayer Rooms
Scope of Works
The strip-out phase will be complete prior to start. The Site Manager will oversee the following new-build/refurbishment works:
*Ceiling infills (following removal of a spiral staircase)
*New flooring installation
*Full decoration package
*Construction of two ablution rooms
*Electrical works
*AV installation package
Working Hours
*Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
*Friday: 07:30 - 14:00
*40 hours per week
Candidate Requirements
*Proven experience managing internal refurbishment projects
*Strong understanding of M&E coordination
*Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme
*Excellent communication and site-based leadership skills
