The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing People team in Macclesfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration, recruitment, or onboarding experience who is looking to develop their career within HR. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting the day-to-day administration of HR activities across multiple sites
*Coordinating recruitment activity, including interview scheduling, offer letters, onboarding, and pre-employment checks
*Leading new starter inductions and supporting a positive onboarding experience
*Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
*Supporting training coordination and compliance tracking
*Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
*Providing general administrative support to the People team
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, or a similar administrative role
*Strong organisation and communication skills
*Ability to handle confidential information professionally
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
*A positive, team-focused approach
Desirable
*CIPD Level 3 qualification or currently studying
*Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
*Previous experience using HR systems or recruitment systems
