Location: Yorkshire
Salary: up to £47,500 a year
NonStop Consulting is looking for a Fostring Team Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the Yorkshire area.
Key Responsibilities:
The Fostering Team manager will work closely with the Registered Fostering Manager and will oversee a small team of experienced Supervising Social Workers. The team has 3 Supervising Social Workers and an Admin Support Worker.
They are a small fostering agency, however they are part of a larger charity. At the moment, the IFA has 16 fostering households, however they are looking to grow slowly. This means you will have the opportunity to progress your career with them.

Requirements:
*Experience in fostering at the management level - Assistant Team Manager or Team Manager level
