What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Manager:
*Growing market share and securing new instructions across sales and lettings
*Carrying out property valuations and converting opportunities into business
*Managing and developing day-to-day sales and lettings operations
*Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, tenants, and applicants
*Delivering excellent customer service while supporting team performance
*Contributing to branch growth and overall business objectives
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within residential sales and lettings is essential
*Strong track record in carrying out valuations and winning instructions
*Branch management experience would be advantageous
*ARLA / NFOPP qualifications are desirable but not essential
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Motivated with a proactive and commercial approach
*Strong local knowledge of the Aldershot area would be beneficial
*Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle preferred
