Full job descriptionClinical Pharmacist - GP Practice - Leamington Spa
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Part-Time (22.5 hours) minimum, flexibility offered
Location: Leamington Spa (approximate) - ONSITE
We’re recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, single-site GP practice near Leamington Spa, seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their small, but expanding team.
This position offers the chance to make a real difference to patient care while working alongside an experienced multi-disciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, and fellow pharmacists. This award-winning practice boasts an OUTSTANDING CQC rating, a long-standing team, and a fantastic ethos. Their mission is to deliver compassionate, patient-centred care with a focus on excellence.

*22.5 hours per week guideline (room for flexibility to increase)
*£28 per hour minimum - negotiable higher, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct structured medication reviews
*Provide expert medicines advice and support to the clinical team.
*Handle repeat prescriptions, medication queries, and reconciliation after hospital discharge.
*Lead on medicines optimisation, prescribing safety, and quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
You must have Primary Care experience to be considered for this role. You’ll hold a MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration, ideally holding CPPE qualification and an Independent Prescriber (V300).
This is an in-person, practice-based position. The practice has on-site parking.
