An independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Guildford is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team. This role suits someone with some previous Lettings experience and the ability to jump straight in: bringing strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with landlords and applicants while managing the lettings process from enquiry through to agreed tenancy.
Working within a professional and supportive team, you will play an important role in increasing business opportunities, securing new instructions, and contributing to branch performance and success.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator:
*Handling lettings enquiries by telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
*Booking and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
*Registering applicants and identifying their property requirements
*Negotiating offers and progressing agreed tenancies through to completion
*Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
*Representing the business professionally while supporting branch growth objectives
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
*Experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients
*Proven ability to negotiate and manage customer expectations
*Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Knowledge of the local Burpham and surrounding areas would be advantageous
*Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
