Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Media Sales Specialist to work across our portfolio of industry-leading B2B magazines and digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic partnerships with businesses looking to reach highly targeted professional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate new business by identifying and engaging potential advertisers within key industry sectors
*Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of retention and repeat business
*Sell integrated advertising packages including print ads, digital display, newsletters, webinars, and sponsored content
*Deliver consultative sales pitches based on audience data, sector insights, and ROI-focused solutions
*Work closely with editorial teams to align commercial opportunities with content calendars
*Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems
*Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
*Experience in B2B sales, media sales, recruitment advertising, or similar industries
*Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex client needs
*Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and closing skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
*Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
