An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy independent estate agency in Oxted.
The office handles a strong portfolio of residential properties and requires a confident salesperson who can build relationships, spot opportunities, and progress deals from instruction to completion.
This role will suit someone already working in estate agency who wants to build their long-term career in residential sales.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Register buyers and match applicants with suitable residential properties
*Conduct property viewings and manage feedback with clients and applicants
*Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to secure successful outcomes
*Progress agreed sales through to completion while maintaining regular communication
*Keep CRM systems and property records fully updated and accurate

*Previous experience within residential sales estate agency is essential
*Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients

*Full UK driving licence is essential
