Looking to start a professional career in tax and accounting?
A growing accountancy practice is looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Tax Technician to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised professional qualification (AAT or ATT), fully funded by the employer.
From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, support real client work, and develop the technical skills needed for a long-term career in taxation.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting the tax team with client work
*Assisting with tax returns and related documentation
*Gaining exposure to both personal and business taxation
*Learning how to communicate professionally with clients and HMRC
*Developing practical accounting and tax knowledge
*Building strong organisational and administrative skills
What We’re Looking For
*Strong GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade 5/C or above)
*Interest in tax, finance, or professional services
*Organised and detail-focused
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Strong communication skills
*A-Levels or equivalent are beneficial but not essential
