Full job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join a growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and supporting healthy cash flow across the business.

Key Responsibilities as the Credit Controller:*Monitor customer accounts and ensure invoices are paid on time.
*Chase overdue payments by phone, email, and written communication.
*Assess customer creditworthiness and manage credit limits.
*Resolve invoice queries and reconcile customer accounts.
*Maintain accurate payment and account records.
*Prepare reports on outstanding debts and collections.
*Assist with other ad hoc finance duties
Skills and Requirements:*At least 1-year recent previous experience in credit control or accounts
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work to deadlines and manage workloads effectively.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
