Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re currently looking for an Accountant to join a growing and supportive accountancy practice based in Washington.
This is a great opportunity for someone with practice experience who is looking to develop their career within a professional and friendly team environment.
The role will involve:
• Preparing year-end accounts and corporation tax computations
• Producing management accounts
• Preparing VAT returns
• Working closely with a varied client portfolio
• Supporting clients with accounting software and process improvements
Ideal candidates will have:
AAT Level 4 qualification or practice experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with Sage and/or Xero (preferred)
A proactive and team-focused approach
