We’re building something different.
UPhire IQ is an AI-driven hiring platform designed to help businesses reduce recruitment costs, automate hiring workflows, and move away from outdated, admin-heavy recruitment processes.
We’re currently speaking with hospitality groups, scaling businesses, and operationally heavy organisations spending tens of thousands annually on recruitment with very little hiring infrastructure in place.
Now we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Partner to join us at an early stage and help scale the business.
This is not a standard sales role.
This is an opportunity to get involved at grassroots level within an AI startup with genuine long-term growth potential.
For the right person, this could develop into:
*a senior commercial leadership position,
*a future salaried role,
*and potentially equity/share options as the business grows.
The OpportunityYou’ll be responsible for helping drive new business conversations and generating client opportunities for the platform.
You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping commercial growth as we scale.
We already have:
*a live platform,
*active market interest,
*ongoing client conversations,
*and clear commercial demand.
We now need the right person to help accelerate growth.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re less interested in corporate sales backgrounds and more interested in mindset.
This role would suit someone who:
*is entrepreneurial,
*commercially driven,
*confident speaking with businesses,
*enjoys autonomy,
*and wants genuine upside rather than a capped salary structure.
Experience within recruitment, SaaS, hospitality, technology, HR, or B2B sales would be advantageous — but attitude and ambition matter more.
Commission StructureThis is initially a commission-only position while the business remains in early-stage growth.
However, the earning potential is significant.
*High recurring commission structure
*Uncapped earning potential
*Commission paid on client revenue generated
*Opportunity to build long-term recurring income from accounts
*Future salaried position available once agreed targets and growth milestones are achieved
*Potential equity/share option discussions for exceptional long-term contribution
