What you’ll do
You’ll take full ownership of a global acquisition engine. Not someone who just "runs ads"… someone who obsesses over them. Someone who tests when others settle, scales when others hesitate, and spots patterns before they become obvious. This is hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up performance marketing at its sharpest, driving high-quality student acquisition across international markets, turning insight into action and action into results.
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and creativity, working alongside a genuinely standout marketing and creative team. Ideas matter here. So does execution. You’ll shape campaigns from the ground up, refine them in real time, and constantly push for better.
We’re looking for
Someone with edge, curiosity & a bit of fire. Someone who takes ownership without being asked, who questions everything, who cares about the detail but never loses sight of the bigger picture.
You’ve done this before, properly. You know paid social inside out, you’re confident across Meta and TikTok, you understand how to generate and scale leads, and you’re comfortable living in the numbers while shaping the creative that drives them.
