Renowned for delivering exceptional client service, the firm holds both LEXCEL and CQS accreditations, reflecting its commitment to quality and excellence.
Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to strengthen its established Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of a Residential Conveyancer.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of residential property matters, including:
• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Purchase of freeholds
• Gifts of property
• Declarations of trust
• Lease extensions
Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play an integral role in supporting the continued success and development of the team.
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer with ideally 2–4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. More senior candidates are also encouraged to apply, as the role can be tailored to reflect your level of expertise and experience.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills are essential. The firm places great importance on delivering a personable, high-quality service, and the ability to understand clients’ needs and provide pragmatic, tailored advice will be key to your success.
