Our client is a hugely successful marketing agency specialising in working with top 100 brands to help them achieve their marketing goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team in an Account Director position working with some of the companies most valued customers.
The Job
*Serving as the primary strategic lead and senior point of contact for client accounts
*Understand client business goals, challenges, and market positioning
*Lead account planning, campaign development, and execution oversight
*Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope
*Lead, mentor, and develop account management team members
*Working as part a thriving team working towards the same goals
You
*Extensive experience in account management, client services, or marketing strategy within a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency
*Proven track record managing large or high-value client accounts
*Demonstrated success building and maintaining senior client relationships
*Strong commercial experience including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth
*Experience managing and mentoring account teams or cross-functional teams
