Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is looking for a Management Accountant to support the delivery of accurate financial reporting, provide insightful analysis to drive business decisions, and play a key role in strengthening financial controls. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to develop their career within a collaborative and high-performing finance team.
Location: Solihull (3 days on-site)
Position: Management Accountant
Full-Time
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum




Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
*Produce monthly management accounts with commentary and variance analysis.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business.
*Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge.
*Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data.
*Assist with cashflow forecasting and financial planning.
*Support statutory reporting and year-end audit processes.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies within finance.
*Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
*Provide support and guidance to junior members of the finance team.
Key essentials of the Management Accountant:
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Advanced Excel skills
