Looking to make a real difference every single day?We’re working with a range of welcoming primary, secondary and specialist schools across Leeds looking for caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who’s passionate about helping children feel understood, supported and confident in the classroom.

The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Every day is different, but your support can make a huge impact on a child’s learning, confidence and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities may include:
*Providing 1:1 or small group support
*Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs
*Helping students stay engaged and focused during lessons
*Building positive relationships based on trust and consistency
*Supporting emotional regulation and social development
*Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff
We’re Looking For Someone Who:*Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND
*Is calm, patient and adaptable
*Can build strong relationships quickly
*Has a positive and proactive attitude
*Communicates clearly and confidently
*Is passionate about supporting young people to succeed
Experience from care, youth work, coaching, support work or mentoring is also highly valued.
