Responsibilities of the Underwriter Analyst:
*Work at the heart of the risk selection process, directly influencing the company’s profitability.
*Gain exposure to clients across both the private and public sector, including some of the largest organisations in the UK.
*Undertake a broad range of challenging and exciting tasks across Property, Casualty and Motor Fleet insurance.
*Analyse data, present key conclusions, and participate in a range of operational projects across the UK and overseas.
*Build strong relationships internally and externally to support business development and client retention.
*Engage in a structured training programme from day one, gaining underwriting experience and support towards professional insurance qualifications.


What we are looking for:
*Recent Graduate calibre with a strong academic background.
*Strong analytical competence and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills and a desire to take on responsibility.
*High level of IT competence; experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL and/or Python would be advantageous.
*Enthusiastic about learning and developing within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
*Comfortable in a culture of open and direct communication.
